First, we’ll get to know each other. We’ll slowly develop rapport and make sure you feel safe and secure. This is absolutely necessary.

We’ll then work on connecting you with your body. This will involve some calming exercises for you to use daily.

When you’re ready, we’ll choose the memories you wish to target. You’ll then be guided through a process that uses simple movements (like eye movements or tapping) that allow your brain to heal and your body to release the memories.

Your therapist will walk you through it all and be with you every step of the way.
